- Before your initial visit to our office, we verify your insurance policy
to see if coverage is available. We also make all necessary arrangements with your insurance company, including authorizations and pre-certifications.

We take care of all paper work for you and submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
Although you do no need to obtain one, we will honor your referral or physical therapy
prescription.

To help us better understand your condition, please bring reports of your radiological and laboratory work up
or documentation (operative report) of your orthopedic surgery
that is related to your current condition for which you are
being seen in our office.

Whether you are referred by your doctor, a friend, coworker or yourself, you are welcome.
We ask that you please let us know the source of your referral
so that we can drop a thank you letter in the mail to them.
